Polyflute
Polyflute is an extruded Fluted Co-polymer Polypropylene Twinwall Sheet which is commonly recognised as a Sign writing and Screen printing substrate. It is Corona treated to arrive in our store at a dyne level of 50 which allows excellent adhesion. It is also UV stabilised to expect a minimum of two years outdoors depending on conditions and the sheet colour.
Features
Water resistant, light in weight yet rigid, FDA approved, excellent chemical resistance, durable, impact resistant, easy to fabricate, recyclable and extremely cost effective.
Uses / Applications
Graphic - Often used for short term or indoor signs and Point of Purchase displays.
Industrial - Pallet protectors and wraps to preserve the integrity of the item being covered.
Packaging - Screen printed and fabricated to achieve a special item like a briefcase.
Building - Can be used as a lining cover for framing timbers after erection.
Horticultural - Is used commonly as plant protectors while grape vines are young.

Field Ltd generally carry POLYFLUTE in white in a sheet size of 2440 x 1220mm in a range of gauges from 3mm to 10mm
